Electric Wizard's Dopethrone
I feel like, if you need something nastier & wetter sounding than Black Sabbath, this may be your cup of tea. This music genre grows on me & this band is the reason why. Nowadays, when someone mentions sludge, this is exactly what I think of. There was enough rhythm throughout the album for you not to get lost in enjoying your purpose of listening. There is a variety of grinding & droning hooks to make your mouth water. The distortion lurks and a very distinctive manor... This is a good one.
The song that really stood out to me has to be "Barbarian".
